Extend the lifespan of your Pollution Control Unit.

Thorough maintenance and service protocols will have your Pollution Control Units (PCUs) operating efficiently over the lifespan of the unit. Our staff is trained to conduct repairs and maintenance as necessary. We offer service & maintenance on all PCU’s, including electrostatic and triple pass filters.

Pollution Control Unit Service

1. 1. The detergent tank should be checked weekly and filled. We suggest G-510EF as it will not damage aluminum and is non-corrosive. Check to make sure that detergent indicators are working properly.
   2. If a spray odor control system is installed, the liquid odor control chemical tank is checked. We recommend GS-710 deodorizer.
   3. Check the Odor Control Media Monitoring Tube for the lifespan of media, if media is expired then replace media filters.
   4. Check that the Spray Odor assembly is working and functional.
   5. Rotate any odor control cells, replace if necessary, and replace any UV bulbs as necessary if a UV system is present.
   6. Check the exhaust fan systems for any wear or misalignment in the belts, replace and adjust as necessary.
   7. Lubricate the bearings and grease as necessary.
