A company built on integrity & dependability.
I started Quality Ventilation LLC in 2014, but its roots began as a company long before then. I was born in the Darnall Army Medical Center inside Fort Hood, Texas. My family moved shortly after to Fajardo, Puerto Rico in a barrio called Quebrada Vueltas.
At eighteen, I moved back to Texas and became a dishwasher in the same Darnall Army Medical Center where I was born. I worked my way up from a dishwasher to a Lead HVAC Supervisor, where I worked for a company to oversee all the Commercial Ventilation Systems for the Army Hospital.
It was there that I gained the knowledge and specialization working with government facilities and large commercial corporations. I learned the values of Loyalty, Ingenuity, Innovation, and Community that gave me the vision to start Quality Ventilation LLC.
I took my background of working alongside government facilities and built Quality Ventilation LLC from the ground up. I wanted to create a company that left clients feeling nurtured and confident in the work we did.
I wanted us to cultivate a sense of community in every community we’ve had the pleasure of working for, whether Amazon, Facebook, Fort Hood, or even the mom-and-pop restaurants.
It was important to me to give homage to my home in Puerto Rico. I adopted the Q and the V from Quebrada Vueltas and established Quality Ventilation.
Incorporating my hometown name into the company name helped establish a culture.
We must deliver a ventilation system that allows our clients and their communities to improve and grow.
